For dogs with mild or moderate behavior problems

Dan can work with you and your dog on an hourly basis. This can be at his ranch, at your location, or even over the phone. Dan can quickly recognize potential causes of dog misbehavior. Often, the source of misbehavior is miscommunication between dogs and people. Dan can offer strategies that will help your dog understand what behaviors you do and do not want. At the same time, Dan can help you see why your dog’s instincts are driving behaviors you want to correct.

For dogs with more severe undesired behavior

Dan also offers an in-patient program. Your dog will spend up to a month at Dan’s ranch interacting with Dan and his pack. This gives Dan time to observe a wider variety of situations and behaviors, and also gives him time to work out exactly where the dog’s instincts are short circuiting proper behavior. Also, Dan’s dogs have a wide variety of personalities, which can be especially useful when treating dogs with aggression towards certain types of dogs. After observing and training your dog, you will spend several hours with Dan, learning how to maintain and continue your dog’s training at home.
